I Brought a Nissan Xtrail from James and was very pleased from start to finish. He sent me over a personalised video where he pointed the features and Condition and any imperfections as I was travelling a long way to view the car. When I arrived for the test drive the car was in excellent condition and James was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I asked were quickly answered. Well what can I say about James, other than he is a lovely and genuine person. Upon viewing the car James was more than attentive and allowed me to take my time viewing the car and even let me go for a test drive. I viewed the car twice and James was not at all pushy with the sale, he took his time to answer all my questions and upon request of a 12 month MOT he obliged. James truley knows great customer service and isn’t your typical pushy sales person. On collecting the car James met me halfway at my workplace to minimise my travel to collect car. I am over the moon with the car and couldnt be more happier. Thank you James ☺️
